SudsList is a national resource for buying and selling laundromats and laundry businesses — including coin laundries, card laundries, wash-dry-fold operations, and laundry pickup & delivery businesses. Our goal is to be the clearest, most useful starting point for anyone researching a laundromat purchase or preparing to sell one.

Alongside our directory and marketplace, we publish independent guides and free calculators covering valuation, SBA and other financing, equipment, due diligence, and how to evaluate a deal. We are neutral: we help buyers and sellers understand the market and make their own informed decisions, and we never favor a particular listing or broker.
