Extract G-force is the specification that pays for itself in a vended store, and it is worth understanding when you compare machines on a listing. Water spun out mechanically is water the dryer does not have to evaporate with gas. A fleet extracting at 300-400 G leaves noticeably less moisture in the load than one at 100 G, which shortens dry time, cuts gas consumption per turn, and increases how many turns a machine can do in a day. On a store with a heavy weekend peak, dry time is often the real capacity constraint.
