Cents

Cents is an all-in-one management platform for laundromats, covering point of sale, wash-and-fold order handling, pickup and delivery dispatch, employee management, memberships, marketing and reporting. Cents Connect adds machine payment and remote machine operation, and the company has published an integration with the Laundroworks payment system.

The platform's center of gravity is the attended side of the business. Self-service turns need a payment system; wash-and-fold and delivery need order tracking, weights, per-pound pricing, driver routing and customer notifications, and that is where an unmanaged store leaks money. If you are buying a laundromat with a meaningful wash-and-fold book being run on paper tickets, assume some of the reported revenue is not being captured.

Cents has expanded past pure laundry, adding an AI receptionist product and acquiring Insight Systems to broaden dry-cleaning support. Pricing is not published; the company works through demos.
