The platform covers the counter register, online ordering and tracking, in-house route creation and optimization with text reminders, DoorDash-based on-demand delivery, multi-location operation, and marketing including website, SEO and SMS.

The founders operate their own laundromat, and say they grew the family store past $1.5M in annual sales after adding pickup and delivery. That is an unusual credential in this category and it shows in the product's shape: the workflows follow how the work is actually done at a counter rather than how a generic order-management system assumes it is.

If you are evaluating a laundromat with a delivery operation, ask which platform it runs and whether the customer list and routes transfer with the sale. A delivery book is a genuine asset, but only if the customer relationships are on a system you keep rather than in the departing owner's phone.
