SpyderWash is the cashless payment platform from Setomatic Systems, a long-standing manufacturer in the vended laundry market. The system covers credit and debit acceptance, mobile payment and loyalty, with machine-level reporting.

Setomatic's history is in coin drops and machine controls, and that lineage shows in the design: SpyderWash is built to work with the mechanical realities of an existing store rather than assuming a new fleet. For an owner converting a coin store, that usually means fewer surprises during install.

When you are comparing payment vendors on a store you are buying, the specification list matters less than two operational questions: what the processing rate is on each transaction, and who owns the customer balances held on cards or in the app. Unredeemed stored value is a real liability that transfers with the business, and it belongs in the purchase agreement.
